2.Gearless traction type:

Principle: The main engine of the elevator can be placed at the top and bottom of the building according to the height of the building, and the home residential elevator can move up and down through the guide wheel.

The rated power of energy-saving gearless traction villa elevators is 4 kW/h.

3.Hydraulic type:

Principle: The car is driven up and down by a hydraulic jack.

The power of hydraulic modern home elevator is 3.5 kW/h.

4.Screw type: The structure of the screw-type villa elevator is very simple, it is driven up and down by a large screw.

The rated power of spiral Luxury Home Elevators is 2.2 kW/h.
