Emergency device for elevator power failure
Automatic Operation:
During normal small home elevator operation, this device is in a dormant state. In the event of a power failure, phase loss, or other abnormal situations that prevent the residential elevators for homes from functioning properly, the emergency device will automatically activate and go into operation.
Intelligent Recognition of Light Load Direction:
The intelligent mainboard of the machine recognizes the direction of light loading. When there are many people in the car, and the weight of the car is greater than that of the counterweight, it runs down with gravity to open the door at the level. Conversely, when there are fewer people in the car and the weight of the car is lighter than that of the counterweight, it runs up with gravity to open the door at the level.
Low Power Consumption, Long Lifespan:
Due to intelligent direction recognition, battery consumption is reduced. The device employs a specially designed trickle charge and discharge circuit for the battery, overcoming the self-discharge characteristics of secondary batteries. No manual charging, discharging, or other maintenance of the battery is required, significantly extending the battery's lifespan.
Stable Operation, Strong Reliability:
Because the device and the control switch between power sources use static point isolation, ensuring normal modern residential elevators operation, signal acquisition during emergency processes, and safe operation during rescue processes. The device does not operate under normal circumstances. In the event of a power failure, it switches from the relay to the power failure emergency device, providing power for a specified duration.
